Changing with the Times

In these challenging times normally we turn to each other, form vigils for those injured or plagued, go to church and pray, come together and do amazing things to lift up our communities....

But in isolation, it is much harder to do those things and easy to feel hopeless, helpless.


There is hope.

There is help.


It just looks different now.


I‘m going to start a free educational series, teaching you SELF HEALING techniques to help you feeling your absolute best in some of the absolute worse circumstances.

Today we’ll keep it simple.

Water!

Dehydration is one of the most common culprit of anxiety, and with everything going on in the world today, we don’t need any self-induced anxiety!


Did you know your body needs AT LEAST half your body weight in ounces of water everyday to keep your cells properly hydrated?

It’s true!

So if you way 150lbs, you should be drinking a minimum of 75 oz of water a day. More of you drink coffee, tea or other dehydrating beverages.


So if you find yourself sweating the small stuff grab some water and drink those worries away.
